When you purchase goods from KariCarr.com
(hereafter known as the Site), the goods will be delivered through one of the
following methods:

1. ​Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email
from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see
it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.

2. Print books are delivered by shipping. Print books
are shipped by either the printer or by us if it's a special edition.
Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are
shipped.

Average shipping times within the USA is 3 to 7 working days

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (3-7 days) depends on your location and will be reflected in your cart when you place an order. Orders are only shipped throughout the USA at this time.

Need your order sooner? There is also a Priority Mail shipping option.

When will my order ship?

We generally ship the next day for in-stock, non-customized orders. If the orders are customized, production time usually runs around 2-4 business days (M-F). We generally ship through USPS and it takes 3 days on average for products to arrive. If you need your item sooner please email us at info@karicarr.com before you place your order. There is also a Priority Mail shipping option.

Uh oh, USPS lost my package!

Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. We wish we could help more but we are not able to track them down on our end. We do not issue refunds on lost packages. You can track your shipment using the tacking number in your Shipping Confirmation email, and either calling your local post ofice or going online to USPS.com.
